SAKINA DESIGN REFUND POLICY:
We at Sakina Design offer quality products and do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos of our merchandise. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, this can be done within the first 30 days after receiving your order.
We offer two options for your convenience. You may receive a full refund for the cost of the item (minus shipping) by paying for the return of the item to us. Or, you may receive store credit for the cost of your item (minus shipping) and Sakina Design will pay for the return shipping costs.
We cannot offer refunds on customized products or items damaged through normal wear and tear. We do not give price adjustments on previously purchased items.
