1. I like your artwork, but I would like either a different size, color, or design. Can you create custom artwork?

   With an in-house designer, custom artwork is readily available to our customers. Just contact us and let us know how we can help. For your convenience we've created an online form to get the process started. Just click here.

2. I like your artwork but I would really like to see it in person before I purchase it. Do you have a store?

   Understandable. Because of this, we do make it a point to attend conferences and conventions, so stay up-to-date on our latest shows by following us on Facebook, Twitter, and our mailing list. We have also put in place a very generous return policy. If you don't like our artwork for any reason, just return it to us at our expense. See our Return Policy page for details.

3. What should I do if my artwork is damaged or broken during shipping?

   Thankfully this isn't a big problem. We had our packaging professionally designed to ship our glass artwork, minimizing the size and maximizing the safety. However, there will inevitably be instances where artwork is damaged. We ask you to please be careful. Your safety is more important than any piece of artwork. Once you have guaranteed the safety of you and your family, please notify us as soon as possible. Visit our Damaged Artwork page for details.

4. Why is your artwork so expensive?

   We thought we would hear this question far more often than we do, but we notice that customers really appreciate the level of detail we put into our artwork, and understand that additional cost that entails. Whether it's using quality materials, skilled craftsman, local manufacturing, or a strict quality control system, we believe our customers deserve the best!
