For this contemporary geometric design Pik was inspired by architectural elements decorating the interior of the "Court of the Lions" in the famed Alhambra Palace. Built in the 14th century, this palace epitomizes Muslim Spain. It has a special place in our hearts because it represents a bridge between East and West, and an example of tolerance, where Jews, Christians and Muslims lived together in peace.
The artwork is printed on glass with eco-friendly UV curable ink, the frame is made of 80% recycled polystyrene, and the packaging is reusable and recyclable.

Assalamu alaikum! We both love our wall art from Sakina Design; we have the Allah & Muhammad hangings. We received our art hangings as gifts, but they were just what we were looking for. It's hard to find nice, good quality modern Islamic art in stores. Now I know I can buy them online from Sakina Design in the future and refer them to friends. We even had some guests over one night who liked the art and wanted to know where to buy them from. The owners are very professional and the items are beautiful. We will definitely be buying more art from them again in the future!by Eva, Sacramento, California - August 18, 2009
